About Me
I’m Luisa – a climber, biology nerd, and yoga teacher based in Fürth. My classes are built for all bodies (also yours), grounded in science, and made to help you recover and move better. Especially if you climb, or sit at a desk all day.
The first thing I do after class..
..make coffee
If I wasn’t teaching yoga, I’d be..
..still writing research papers
Dream retreat?
That’ll be in Leonidios, Greece: yoga in the morning, climbing in the afternoon, sea view during both.
What participants say:
“Luisa helped me unlock parts of my body I didn’t even know were tight. Perfect for climbers.” – Jakob, Fürth
“I thought yoga wasn’t for me. Luisa changed that.” – Markus, climber & total skeptic
Schedule
Cancellation until 4 hours before class.
