More details

An Autumn Themed Slow to Yin Asana practice: it's all about letting go. We start with gentle slow asanas to "wake up" and to get into our bodies. Then moving on to some still poses - asanas that you'll stay in longer, with the help of props such as bolsters or blankets, with no usage of your muscles - allowing ourselves to really let go. This mix lets us feel connected to our bodies, calms us down, and effectively release stress.

Note: if you down own the needed props, please bring: 2 big stable books, a blanket you can roll up and/or a thick blanket (preferably a little bit harder).

Happy to meet you there :)

FAQs

How can I book a yoga session?

Hit Book a spot and complete the checkout. You’ll get a confirmation email right away. For Online Sessions, you’ll receive a video link about 2 hours before the session starts. Just click and join.

How can I cancel a yoga session?

Life happens. Cancel up to 4 hours before the start time for a full refund. Closer than that, the teacher already held the space for you, so we charge a cancellation fee.

What if the yoga teacher cancels?

You’ll get a full refund or the option to join a new date.

Can I participate if I am not good at yoga?

For sure. This is about moving and feeling good. Every session shows you the difficulty level (from “Level 0-1" to “Level 3” for more experienced movers) and the energy level (whether it’s chill and grounding - 1/5, or something that’ll make you sweat - 5/5). That way you can pick what feels right for you.

What do I need to bring to my yoga session?

Mostly you'd want to have a yoga mat and comfy clothes. If anything extra is required (like cushions, blocks, or a quiet space), the teacher will list it.
