Your profile page is always free.
We only earn when you earn, and we're transparent about it.

Create your free account in 2 minutes.
No risk. Fair fees. Real support.

After creating your account, you will receive an email with next steps: creating a first simple session, and completing your profile. You do that at your own pace. After creating a session and hitting 'publish' you can directly share it with others, it's visible on FlowAway pages, and you can receive bookings. You can create more yoga sessions, as many as you wish - one-off events, workshops, retreats, courses or weekly recurring classes.
You pay 10% per booking, but never more than 19€ in fees to FlowAway. The cap protects you once your bookings grow.
Example:
Say one month you make 1350€ in bookings. 10% would be 135€. With the cap, you pay 19€ to FlowAway. Stripe and PayPal also charge their own fees on each transaction (roughly 2-3% per transaction, perhaps 25-35€ on a month like this, depending on the payment mix). So about 1.295€ - 1.305€ stay with you.
If in any month you stay under the 19€, the 10% fee per booking apply.
Some more background: We're a small, female-owned, founder-led platform, with no venture capital or other huge fundings. The 19€ is our cap for your bookings, keeping things predictable and low-risk for you.
Fair question. Here's the honest answer: The cap is our marketing. Instead of wasting money on Google or Meta ads, we put our budget straight back to you – via the cap, so you keep more of what you earn.
In return, we hope that some of you will tell another yoga teacher about FlowAway. Every recommendation means a teacher we didn't have to find through paid ads.
The truth is as well: We're young, female-founded, and building without venture capital. That's harder, and it means we need to be smart and creative about how we grow. Word-of-mouth from teachers who genuinely use and like the tool beats any ad budget we can realistically afford.
If our model ever changes, we'll tell you 30 days ahead and you can leave any time, taking your reviews and data with you.
One thing we are thinking about: an optional, higher tier for teachers who want certain extra features like memberships. We want to grow, sustainably, in a way that feels like a win-win.
Yes, payment provider fees can feel annoying. But what we have seen as well: paying upfront is what gets people through the door. Think about it from the participant's side. You book, you pay, you're in. That's it. Decided, done and dealt with. There's a commitment now.
Cash-on-arrival means it's easier to skip when it rains, when work runs longer, when life kicks in. Not having paid yet is almost an invite to skip.
And every no-show is a spot you couldn't sell to someone else.
Now, the math. It's a little friendlier than it looks. On a 15€ drop-in, Stripe takes 0,48€ (within EU). One no-show costs you 15€. The fees are what they are. Getting people to commit is what grows your business.
Cash still has its place. It's on our roadmap, to allow you to offer cash payments on your courses, classes etc. We'll share the news as soon as that's available.
For reference: Stripe in the EU is 1,5% + 0,25€ per transaction. PayPal in the EU is 2,49% + 0,35€.
Ideally, yes, you bring some interested souls. More importantly though - bring some ideas of whom you'd like to teach to! FlowAway is designed to empower you to run your yoga business. You will run it - but you're not alone.
So, don't expect us to bring a bunch of customers from day 1. BUT: FlowAway profile pages are designed to be visible out there, discoverable on Google and AI, and to make it as easy as possible for people to actually book. In marketing terms: you will have a higher conversion rate on your offer - or in other words: people that are "kind of interested" will end up actually booking.
Yes!
If you chose to use our video room set-up for your online sessions, the first thing is that we'll schedule a quick test call, to go through your audio and tech set-up together. After that's done, video links will be auto-generated for your sessions. Two hours before a session starts, those room links are being sent automatically via email to participants and yourself. The video platform we work with is Jitsi. The video works in any browser, but significantly better in Chrome. Your participants don't need to download anything. There's no limit in terms of maximum participants. As part of your onboarding, you will receive some more tips on how to host great online yoga sessions.
Nope. We are working on an app, but everything will always run from your browser, too.
Yes, absolutely. We can share some tips or beyour sparring partner on finding your pricing - but that's optional, you decide.
Participants can cancel via a link in their confirmation emails. You, the teachers, set the rules here. Our basic recommendation is to allow students to cancel free until 4 hours before a session starts. FlowAway manages the refund or issues a voucher in that case. For last minute cancellations, our recommendation is to charge a 5€ cancellation fee. You can edit these rules in your admin space.
Yes, but with caveats. You can use FlowAway to run your own sessions, while the in-studio sessions are managed by your studio.
You can also include the sessions you teach at studios to your FlowAway profile. That makes sense - people can see all you offer, at one glance. If someone clicks on an external session, they'll land on your studios' booking page.
The caveat: there is no connection (yet) in between FlowAway and other booking platforms. We can't sync bookings with Momence, Eversports and so on.
Yes. If you have a website, you can actually link to it from your FlowAway profile page (and vice versa).
And that's recommended for your own marketing - it validates your website in the eyes of algorithms.
No, not directly. FlowAway profile pages are designed in a way they're easily scannable by the human eye - AND by algorithms. So - your profile has high chances to eventually show up on Google. But that takes time - 6-12 months minimum - and depends on how complete your profile is, as well as on the niche you picked.
Using platforms such as FlowAway should make it easier for you to rank in Search results. We can have a call and chat through your case if you are interested.
One way to build a company is to raise money from professional investors, who invest because they expect a 10x return. That money is useful – it lets you build software fast and run powerful marketing campaigns to reach a lot of people quickly.
But we don't want to go that way. Investors gain ownership, and with ownership comes influence over decisions. We want ownership – and the direction of FlowAway – to stay with the people who actually use the platform: the teachers and the students.
That means growing more slowly, but it also means we never have to optimise for someone else's exit. We can keep our commission low, say no to features that don't serve you, and build something that's still here in ten years.
FlowAway provides personal marketing support via WhatsApp (because our founder Lena loves to brainstorm about Marketing), fair and easy fees, FlowAway's got automated online video set-up included. Also, our mission is to build tech for humans. Not to exploit, but to make the world a tiny bit better, lighter, fuller of good yoga, movement, meditation.
