Collect reviews and feedback as you go and grow your community. Whether you move cities or change studios - your reputation travels with you.
In your city, from the beach, or online. FlowAway is designed to come with you, wherever you go. With no monthly fees, no set-up fees.
Yes, this platform is oriented towards sustainable growth. But we believe there's more important things than profit – find out about our values.
Collect reviews – and grow your reputation. Even if you move cities, or change studios. Every booking adds to your legacy.
Create your profile in minutes, and show up online. Be found by people, algorithms and chat gpt. Be right where people search - with your bookable offer.
After every sessions, participants receive a subtle option to review you - not the studio you teach in. You own this.
Your profile page is and stays free.
We take a commission when a student books. That means: if you don't earn, neither do we.
Everything you need to start teaching yoga online, and on the mat.
Two hours before a session starts, room links are created and sent automatically via email to participants and teacher. We work with Jitsi. The video works in any browser - no downloads needed. There's no limit in terms of maximum participants. HD video and crystal-clear audio guaranteed.
No. And that's intentional. Participants can join sessions with their first names and emails. People are asked to pay upfront - so that topic is out of the way when the session starts. Currently, we offer Stripe and PayPal to users.
We are working on a user-area, where people can sign-in, join the waitlist, and track their sessions, but the platform will always remain open to everyone. The one exception is - if you want to offer 'safe space' classes to a very specific group of people - we will require identity verification of participants. Let's chat about that if you're interested (info@flowaway.org).
The default cancellation policy is until 4 hours before a session starts. We will refund participants fully if they cancel in time. Participants do have to pay 5€ cancellation fee if they cancel last minute. If they don't cancel at all, simply don't show up, we charge the full amount. You as a teacher can edit your own policies in your Dashboard - you can change e.g. the 'cancel free until' time-frame. We think that sticking to the default 4 hours is good for the start though.
Nope. From creating your profile to booking a session – this platform runs on your phone and computer (in browser). The live video calls are hosted on Jitsi / 8x8 servers.
We are motivated because we want to use and create technology to do good – in our case: connect cool yoga teachers with people that want to move, breathe or reflect a little more. Check our Manifesto to find out more about our values.
We are working on that. Our teacher profile pages, session detail pages, and topic overviews are built with SEO and marketing best practices in mind. But Google and AI tools need time to index new pages. Think of your Marketing as a two-person team for now – which consists of yourself – you share your FlowAway profile on Instagram, WhatsApp, in your email list, or your linktr.ee/website. FlowAway delivers the smooth booking flow, handles payments upfront - and on top, Lena, our marketing brain, works every day to boost the discoverability of your pages (together with Baris, our developer, though), and to identify communities or partners to promote your yoga. More to come.
Yes! That's the best. You just determine whether a session is online live - or if it happens at a physical place (and where). We are working on a map feature that shows people all sessions near them – more to come.
Side note, you can mark sessions to be 'recurring' – and indicate whether it recurs weekly, every four weeks, or 1x per month. FlowAway auto-creates those occurrences for you.
If you teach yoga at a studio – or at various studios – thinking about you can boost your own marketing, build your legacy and reputation feels like absolutely right. Right now, FlowAway doesn't integrate with studio software such as MindBody, Eversports, Momence (yet). So you need to align with the studio owner about bringing your own students to a studio class. It could be about holding back a few spots to offer them via your platforms - it really is up to you to arrange that.

Yes. This platform is in the making since this year, 2025, and just launched in its first public version. My name is Lena, I built this platform with help of my friends Baris and Veli after working 8 years in global marketing at adidas. I honestly love yoga, but found it not always easy to find the perfect yoga. And - I knew independent yoga teachers whose yoga I loved and wanted to bring to a broader audience. Here's why you can trust us:
